UQT is a web application

• UQT runs on a Web Server (Microsoft IIS). This server is configured with the connections to the various databases.
• clients access the UQT Server via a web browser. This can be on any device which supports modern standards .
• UQT has a control database. This holds the configuration information for managing the system.
